I guess 1080 for a Full HD monitor is an overkill. As well as 1070. Going to buy 1060
(or maybe rx480? nah, I am scared of dat heat)

1080 is for 4K, 1070 is for 1440p and gtx 1060 is for 1080p I think. I'd go with a 1070 though for the 8gb of vram
