    To simplify the answer...

    No, the cheat was not detected nor it had any detections.
    Yes, we have reports, but those are mainly for shadowbans, which are only based on user error.
    As mentioned above, undetected, but not undetectable. There is always a risk, we are doing our best to prevent it from happening.
