Hello!
1. I use Nvidia ShadowPlay to record gameplay highlights (usually the last 45 seconds) to make editing easier and avoid sifting through hours of footage: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RVME...v=RVMEBONCx-E)
2. For editing, I use Adobe Premiere Pro. Since I record in 4K (3840×2160), I render at the same resolution with a bitrate of ~65 Mbps. Higher bitrate = better quality.
- If uploading to YouTube, always render at 2K or higher—this forces YouTube to use the VP09 codec, which is better for dynamic content (like gameplay with cheats).
- At 1920×1080, YouTube may default to AV1. More details here: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-zu...v=r-zu2dBS0B8)

Premiere Pro delivers great results, but you could also try alternatives like Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Movavi Video Editor, or Shotcut.
Good luck with filming and editing!
