Fallout 76 is the online action role-playing game from Bethesda Game Studios, published by Bethesda Softworks and built on a modified Creation Engine. You leave Vault 76 on Reclamation Day, 25 years after the Great War, and step out into Appalachia, West Virginia. The map holds real places such as Charleston, Morgantown, The Greenbrier (the Whitespring Resort in the game) and the New River Gorge Bridge, and it is full of raiders, Scorched, super mutants, ghouls, the Mothman and the Flatwoods Monster. You can play in first person or third person, alone or with other players on the same server.
The game is a long grind. Legendary gear goes up to 4 stars. You hunt it in public events and daily ops, and the best pieces come from the Gleaming Depths raid, Head Hunts, Infestations and the 4-star Bigfoot. Your Strength decides how much you can carry, V.A.T.S. runs in real time and costs Action Points, and Power Armor burns through Fusion Cores. Skyline Valley and Burning Springs in Ohio keep the map wide and the walks long, and Expeditions take you to The Pitt and Atlantic City.

The Fallout 76 cheat is split into these groups: Misc, OPK, VATS Modifications, Weapon Modifications, Gatling Gun Modifications, Projectile Modifications, Melee Weapon Modifications, Player Modifications, Animation Modifications, Jetpack Modifications and Gameplay Modifications. V.A.T.S. in Fallout 76 does not slow time. It runs in real time, it shows a hit chance in percent, and it spends Action Points. Bethesda has reworked the hit formula more than once, and the hit chance is capped. Distant, small or tough enemies are harder to hit, so a shot that looks easy can still miss. The VATS Modifications change that.
VATS Max Hit Chance pushes the hit chance to its highest value, VATS Infinite Range lets you target enemies far outside the normal range, and VATS No AP Cost means your AP bar no longer decides how long you can keep firing. VATS Critical Bar Always Full keeps a critical shot ready, and Weapon Range Multiplier (Max VATS Accuracy) from the weapon group supports the same V.A.T.S. build.
The top gear in Fallout 76 is 4-star legendary, and getting it means killing a lot of legendary enemies. Infestations take over locations in regions such as the Toxic Valley, the Forest, the Ash Heap, the Savage Divide, the Mire and the Cranberry Bog, and clearing them pays 4-star rewards. Bigfoot can crash public events, and Head Hunts send you after a single target.
OPK, short for one position kill, gathers enemies in one position so you can clear them together. The cheat has an OPK Key, OPK Teleport Distance, Use Character Pitch for OPK and a separate OPK Dead Bodies Key for fallen enemies. OPK switches itself off when 4 players are near you, so it works best when you farm alone or in a small group, and not in a crowded public event.
Weight is a constant problem in Appalachia. Your Strength stat decides how much you can carry, and junk, ammo, armor and legendary modules all add up. Bethesda has lowered armor weight and module stash weight in updates, and the unlimited Scrapbox for crafting materials sits behind the paid Fallout 1st membership. Increase Carry Weight lets you keep picking things up after a long loot run. Be aware that Fast Travel does not work while Increase Carry Weight is on, so switch it off before you fast travel home to your C.A.M.P. Easy Lockpick makes locked doors and containers easier to open on the same run.
Power Armor is core gear in Fallout 76, and it runs on Fusion Cores. Keeping a stock of charged cores is its own chore. Power Armor Doesn’t Use Fusion Cores removes that chore. Fast Power Armor, one of the Animation Modifications, speeds up the Power Armor animation, and the Jetpack mod gets three settings of its own: Jetpack Initial Thrust, Jetpack Sustained Thrust and Jetpack Time to Sustain.
Fallout 76 has a big world. Appalachia alone covers forests, mountains, swamps and a toxic valley, Skyline Valley opens up part of Shenandoah National Park through Vault 63, and Burning Springs adds southeastern Ohio across the Point Pleasant bridge. The No Clip Key lets you move through walls and terrain to take the short route, and Move Speed (Limited) makes you move faster, within a set limit, which helps on the long walks between locations.
Heavy guns eat ammo. Infinite Ammo and Infinite Ammo for Specified Weapons stop the hunt for ammo, Full Auto Weapons and Full Auto for Specified Weapons turn single shot weapons into automatics, and Reload Speed shortens the wait between magazines. Never Cooldown helps weapons that heat up, and Instant Overheat sits in the same group. The Gatling Gun Modifications group adds its own Gatling Gun Speed, Gatling Gun Attack Animations and Gatling Gun Attack Delays settings, and Projectile Speed and Projectile Range change the shots in flight.
Strength also raises melee damage. Auto Melee Swing keeps your weapon swinging and Swing Speed makes each swing faster, while Attack Animations Duration from the weapon group changes how long attack animations take. Infestation and Bigfoot fights are built for experienced players, and staying on your feet matters there. Instant Stimpak makes using a Stimpak instant, No Stagger stops you from staggering when you are hit, Minimum AP keeps a minimum of Action Points in your bar, and No Invisible Enemies keeps enemies that turn invisible in view.
