I've been trying to buy Division 2 menu from the official resellers. Since I'd like to use PayPal, I've sent messages to four of the resellers listed on the Division 2 page, but no one has responded. Is that still an option?

So prepaid credit/debit card you get from corner shops should work with most vendors, including stripe. I think paypal has one as well.

If you are going prepaid just go through Stripe. Otherwise going through resellers is the best way.
