There is a lot of room for improvements, but overall not bad, definitely getting better.

As for the improvements,
Try to keep the watermark static, the constant movement is distracting from the footage itself.
Try to edit the footage a bit more with useless part cut off such as; death, long running/waiting and definitely end of the match scenes.
Try different varieties of weapons and different maps/modes.
Try to match the music with what's going on, if the footage is packed with action, then put it at the timeline where the music packs an action as well.

And finally, forget about thumbnails, it's not important, imo waste of time
I'd love to see the improvements being made and your putting a bit more effort towards it will get you free days to any sub you select, so be sure to use the rewarding system requirements for your next upload, unless you just do it for fun.
