These rules keep SystemCheats safe and helpful for everyone.
Please read them carefully.
Rules can change without notice, so check this page from time to time.
Staff can act on anything that harms the community, even when it is not listed here.

Respect and conduct

Be respectful
No insults, personal attacks, threats or harassment, and keep your language clean. We are a grown-up community, so please act like one.
Result: a warning or 1 point. Serious abuse can lead to a permanent ban.

Respect our staff
Our staff work hard to help you. If you disagree with a decision, say so calmly in a private message. Do not argue about it in public threads.
Result: a warning or 1 point.

3

Do not pretend to be someone else
Do not pretend to be a staff member, a reseller or another member. This includes usernames that look like theirs.
Result: the name is changed or the account is banned.

Keep it safe and legal
Do not share private information about other people. No adult, shocking or illegal content.
Result: the content is removed, plus 1 or 2 points or a permanent ban.

No begging
Do not beg for free cheats, subscriptions, trials or rewards.
Result: a warning or 1 point.

Posting

Do not ask for an ETA
When we say there is no ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for an update, do not ask when it will be ready. This counts for the forum, the Shoutbox and private messages. Check the Live Cheat Status page instead.
Result: 1 point.

English in public sections
Write in English in the forum and in the Shoutbox. Members who speak French, Chinese, Polish, Dutch, German, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish or Turkish can use their language section under Pre-Sale Questions & Payment Information and under General Support. If your language has no section, please use English. Private messages can be in any language.
Result: a warning or 1 point.

Search first and post in the right section
Before you ask, use the search and read the guides and sticky threads. Open your thread in the section that fits your question. Staff may move or close threads in the wrong place.
Result: a warning, or 1 point when it keeps happening.

No spamming
Do not spam the forum, the Shoutbox or private messages. This includes short, pointless posts made only to raise your post count.
Result: 1 point.

10

No double posting
Do not post the same thing twice, and do not open threads about the same topic in different sections. Use the Edit button to add to your post.
Result: 1 point.

No bumping
Do not reply to a thread when its last post is more than 3 months old, unless it is a sticky thread. Do not bump your own thread to push it up.
Result: 1 point.

No advertising
Do not advertise other websites, shops, services or cheat providers. This counts for posts, private messages, signatures, avatars and profiles.
Result: 1 point. Repeat advertising leads to a permanent ban.

Clean signatures and profiles
Keep your signature, avatar and profile free of ads and offensive content, and keep your signature a reasonable size. Staff may remove them without warning.
Result: a warning or 1 point.

Honest reviews only
Write reviews about your own experience only. No fake reviews, no reviews for someone else and no reviews from a second account.
Result: the review is removed, plus 1 or 2 points.

Accounts and purchases

15

One account per person
You may have only one account. Forgot your password? Contact our support to get your account back. Never make a new account.
Result: 2 points, a temporary ban set by staff, and your accounts are merged into one.

Do not share your account
Your account and subscription are for you only. Do not share, lend, sell or give them away. You may use your account on one computer only. If you replace your computer, contact our support.
Result: your account can be closed, as our Terms of Service explain.

Buy only from us or our official resellers
Do not buy, sell or trade SystemCheats accounts, subscriptions or keys between members.
Result: this counts as account sharing (rule 16).

No chargebacks
If something is wrong with a payment, contact our support first. We will help you.
Result: a chargeback, claim or dispute can get your account closed, as our Terms of Service explain.

No scamming
Any kind of scam is not allowed. Report a scam to an administrator by private message and include your proof.
Result: a permanent ban.

Files and content

No viruses or harmful files
Never upload or link viruses, keyloggers, trojans, spyware, miners or any other harmful file.
Result: a permanent ban.

No cracking
Do not crack, decompile, change or share our loader or our cheats.
Result: a permanent ban, and your account can be closed, as our EULA and Terms of Service explain.

Do not copy our work
Do not post our guides, files, pictures or other content on other websites without permission from an administrator.
Result: a permanent ban.

Warnings, points and bans

• A warning gives no points. It is a reminder to read the rules again.
• An infraction gives points. Points stay active for 60 days, then they expire. The infraction itself stays on your record.
• Infractions: Advertisement, Insulted Other Member(s), Inappropriate Language, Double Post, Bumping, Spamming, Asking for ETA and Rule Violation give 1 point. Rule Violation (2 Points) gives 2 points.
• Your active points decide the automatic ban from the forum and the loader: 3 points = 3 days, 4 points = 7 days, 5 points = 1 month, 6 or more points = 6 months.
• Some rules lead straight to a ban, as written in the rule.

How do points add up?

Example: you get 1 point for a double post, 1 point for bumping and 1 point for asking for an ETA, all within 60 days. You now have 3 active points, so you are banned for 3 days. Each point expires 60 days after you got it.
