I would either pick a Malinois or a Malamute out of that list.

Malinois's are great for training into protection dogs.

Alaskan Malamute for sure m8, they are cute as f... and dont look like toydogs like Pugs do :3
Also they seem to be very good dogs for familys n' stuff, my aunt and her family have one and they never had any problems, depends on the individual ofc.
