The Division 1 - Doubt before buying again

I already used the TD1 a while ago and everything was ok.

But before I buy again, I have a few questions:

Is the cheat updated and all functions working perfectly?

Another doubt, as currently due to the game being somewhat "dead", there are very few players. If I can mainly use these functions without worries playing solo, campaign, multiplayer, and I won't be banned:
Silent Aim
No Recoil
No Spread
No Sway
No Reload
Fire Rate

Pls keep in my mind that you can be banned at any given time. Even if all is working now does not mean it is in the next days, weeks or what ever

But im sure these features are good to go.

Cheat is currently undetected, but keep in mind that it is undetected as of now.
