I've seen it, it's a straight way to get banned..
However, the damage multiplier for projectile, it's something we were doing in Dauntless, we might going to have a more safe solution for it, but no promises.
As for the rest, obviously completely game breaking features that will get patched and can be easily detected.

Multi attack is exist in Misc tab at menu but it's Risky
And Multi Attack not working on following weapons: The Terminator (No effect, breaks full auto), Dual EM Stars (Breaks ADS), Staff of Scars (No effect), Absolute Zero (No effect), Negating Cube (No effect)
