plus i start it from STEAM, is there any problem?

Can i use it with VULKAN or only in dx12 mode? can i use it with windows 10?

You must use Dx12 instead of Vulkan before injection, also it is working on windows 10.

Yes, it works, however there is an issue with Rockstar Overlay which should get fixed very soon.
Turn off notifications and don't open Rockstar overlay when in-game and you should be all good with it.
