Not sure about the virtual card payment, but I can tell you if you pay through SC main site/payment portal its instant. If you use a reseller/PayPal then they have to confirm it manually. Depending on the time of day you might have to wait a few hours tops, but its normally pretty quick. Void had me setup within 10 min.
