i have charged back in the past causing me to get perm hwid ban and my other account "SmokeCigs" perm ban, how much will it be to undo the ban?

If you did a chargeback its permanent, no way around it.

This is not for me to decide, its up to Psychopath, but that makes no sense as you can just do an other chargeback...
