I Find the text abit weird , Can hardly tell it says SystemCheats with all the stuff over it.

You should also add .net to it

The text is hard to read. The second piece is too flashy it takes away from the "SystemCheats" text.

You should tone it down a little and make it more simple.

I don't really get the negative feedback. I like the design
but I do agree that the text is a bot hard to read.

It's okay, just change the text and don't add white background, doesn't look good. (YouTube). However, make the text lighter then that plus the background you've setten on the YouTube background won't be showen. If you need any tips and tricks at Photoshop, feel free to message me.
