Unfortunately, we don't give an ETA ( Estimated time of arrival ); this goes against our rules.
The cheat is currently down due to an update, and SystemFiles has other priorities to work on.
Keep an eye on our Live cheat status page. Once the cheat becomes available again, you will see its status as Online, and its purchase page will be available for purchase too.
