They have a new AC i saw online Something with Elytra? I also saw this when I updated the game on steam the started it, it was like Installing Elytra something something... is this good AC?

It's mostly a behavior based anti Cheat with slight checks of cheat detection (Not what we care about).
This has been said here multiple times. Games with such Anti Cheats are not to be raged in. You cannot barge into the map and headshot people 24/7.
Avoid doing this. Not getting banned today does not mean you won't be tomorrow. These type of Anti cheats works on data + heuristic analysis, which takes time to accumulate.
I'm sure we will see a ban wave sooner or later. Don't be in it.
