No customer status even though I've paid

hi, I purchased almost 2 days ago now and its still saying "You are not a customer. Please purchase a subscription."
could someone check this for me please? thanks

Hi, what payment method did you use? If it was bank transfer it can take a few days especially on weekends.

I used card via stripe
