@Sierraone
Look, I understand you have been a loyal member of SC for years.
Your support is truly appreciated.
We also recognize your transition to Linux for better privacy and control over your data.

I want to apologize for the previous response you received.
It did not reflect the respect we have for our long-term members.
We should have been more professional in explaining our current position.

The reality is that bringing our software to Linux is a massive technical challenge.
Our current system relies on deep integration with the Windows kernel to ensure everything runs correctly and remains secure.
Rebuilding this for Linux would require a complete overhaul of our core technology.

Linux is also fragmented across many different versions, like Fedora and Arch.
Providing even unofficial support would require constant updates and troubleshooting for a very small number of users.
At our current scale, the resources needed to develop and maintain a Linux version would force us to increase prices significantly for everyone.

We want to be honest with you...
While we hear your request, we cannot justify the development cost at this time.
It is not a matter of disregarding your needs, but a matter of keeping the project sustainable for the entire community.

We value your membership and hope you understand why we have to make these difficult choices.
Regardless of your decision to renew, we thank you for the years you spent with us.
