You do not have to buy Premium.
If BO7 is not the COD you want to play, you can get BF1 instead since it is the same price.
Then ask for a subscription change.
If you are not planning to use anything else in Premium, there is no reason to pay the extra 13 EUR.
Also, you might want to wait a bit.
