First of all, you didn't mention which cheat you are talking about, so we can tell you if it does work on Xbox, PC, or not.
Second, yes, if you are using a temporary spoofer, then you have to use our loader, then spoof, and open the game. Once you are done playing or about to use the loader again, make sure to restart your device and repeat the process.
If it's a perma spoofer, then every time you use it, you will have to ask for a HWID reset if the loader pops up the HWID changed message.
