Nah, faction shouldn't matter, some quests do not internally have the location embedded in the info, which would end up showing in the middle of the map.
It depends on how the game developers designed the quest with proper coordinates.

Was the update for this new quest esp already pushed? Or are other features/fixes coming before the cheat update post is made?
