Yes, the cheat has been discontinued. It is still online for people who purchased but it will no longer be updated. So after the next game update the cheat will be fully discontinued.

No, it's still up but no longer for sale.
Short message, we don't sell the cheat anymore, it's discontinued till next update, as mentioned by SystemFiles for current subscriptions.
