Yeah you won't get perm banned but you will be Shadowbanned for a few days sometimes, less than in MP tho.

I've been cheating in zombies since the game was released. There has not been a single issue on my end, and there have been no shadows or bans.
You're fine as long as you won't use super rage settings.
