The First Descendant - Options working?

Some features work differently than what you might expect so there you go:

No Recoil - Eliminates recoil from weapons when firing.
No Spread - Eliminates bullet spread, improving accuracy.
No Reload - Removed the reload animation.
Fire Rate - Enables or disables the fire rate.
Fire Rate Speed - Set the fire rate speed. (This is limited Maxing it out does not deal damage)
Speed Hack - Enables or disables the speed hack with a set speed.
Speed Hack Type - Hold - Hold the set speed hack key to activate it. Toggle - Toggles the key on or off.
Teleport Items - Allows you to teleport items to your location. (Visible only to you) - Health Orbs will be teleported when Health is below 80%. Mana Orbs will be teleported when mana is below 50%.
Teleport to Entity - Teleport to any entity such as Supply, Vault, Objective, Echos, Players, and Enemies. Combine with Draw Teleport Entity Indicator.
Unlimited Ammo - Every time you reload, you gain all ammo types, health, shield, mana, and skill cooldown.
Godmode - When health your health depletes, it automatically recovers health, shield, mana, ammo, and skill cooldown.

The answers to both of your questions are answered above. God mode auto recovers your health but if you take massive damage you can go down.
