You have to find a spoofer that works. So far, the excellent ones that guarantee to work after any update are the perma spoofers that change shit on the bios level.
For those, you will need to format your PC and start fresh.
However, avoid the ones that require you to run only on raid 0 drives, as that's BS and can be achieved without raid 0.

You can also find temporary spoofers, but make sure that they actually work on MW3/Warzone, as many on the market are being targeted and have issues with MW3/WZ.
