ok and maybe a stupid question: If it says "only support Steam" does this means it only works on steam or does it also work on gamepass but you don't give support and so on?

It will only work on Steam if it says so. You can try it on gamepass but most likely it won't work. MS store versions are usually not exactly the same and need specific changes to the cheat for them to work.

ok, got it. is there any chance that there will be an update, for e.g. Hell let loose?

Only if there is an actual player base for that specific game. For example, Hell Let Loose barely has players on Steam nowadays. The Microsoft Store will likely have even fewer. Therefore, it will not be worth the time and effort for now.
