You can only use Bitcoin to make the purchase. As you are no longer trusted we cannot allow you to use Credit Card again.

Payssion has Bitcoin option for you to make a purchase.

TLDR Version of what you need to do:

1- Cancel the dispute.
2- Buy 3 Months of Battlefield 4 with Bitcoin via Payssion.
3- Reply back here once done.


NOTE: If the dispute is not canceled you will also have to pay the original Premium Sub cost via Bitcoin. So make sure to cancel the dispute.
