Can u add feet bone ?

There is enough amount of bones in there. Adding more bones would lower FPS more in a situation where people are already reporting low frames.

Even if feet were visible you can't spray it so what is the point? You will hit it once or twice which won't be enough to kill the enemy.

This is not ideal. So most likely no.
