Yes, we so far had one detection, which was fixed on 12/18/2023.
So far, it has been all good since then, but as always, it is undetected as of right now, but not undetectable. There is always a risk.

Feature-wise, it has never been detected for a feature. However, they can change their mind and go for features, but they have yet to do so.
The community mainly relies on the public ISSAC discord bot, which is complete statistics based on your public profile from something as https://tracker.gg/division-2
However, this is a third-party bot and won't trigger anything in-game, as glitches can also lead to cheater-like statistics.
As long as nobody gets 100% evidence of you cheating by recording you, you should be good in the long run.

As for Darkzone, you can always turn off aim on friendly and go ham on AI.
If someone is near you, there is an easy way to switch to a legit cfg on the fly.
