Based on what i just read its not there but guess we wait and see

The devs are logging samples, probably gonna be a banwave soon. (from the main HD2 discord, a dev commented saying they are making a pool of people who have modified samples).

Means they will also ban a lot of innocent people cos if you modify sample as host it modify for all players
