@Buster_Cherry I would please request for an exception in this case - I am so turned off by the whole incident... I purchased 1 year sub and got banned in less than 30min... Would you kindly re-assess this with the team for your reconsideration please...? I believe this is a special case, given no bans in my history or my computer. Just very disappoined - i remain hopeful we can work this out..
