Stopped Cheating but was banned from MW22, how do I get a new account without it also being banned?

Hello, so at the beginning of the year I used the MW22 Cheat for some time. I eventually got banned I think around March/April time, so its been a few months but I want to get a new CoD account for MW22. In that time I've moved to a new Steam Account and formatted my PC, so all of the accounts I used to cheat on are no longer on my system. However, I haven't changed my Hardware, so I imagine that a new account would also be banned from HWID? Just wondering how I'd go about getting a new account for MW22 without it being banned, if I need to change HWID how would I?
