If you are looking for a perfect blocking cheat I'm going to be honest with you. This is not it. And considering the game's low popularity it won't be improved.
I was going to post the same reply, autoblock is kind of bad, best approach is manual aim as autoaim and FOV are totally bannable if a mod is specting you, the only features that are kind of OK is the auto-block in manual aim (you still have to block some attacks by yourself, and autoblock won't block if you already started an attack, that's when the block goes on you, and ESP for smoke bombs, the rest is bad
