Double Charge

Hello,
The other day I did a purchase for a one year sub for premium. The first charge was flagged by my bank so I worked that out so i can do a second charge without issue as normal. The second transaction went through with no hiccups. I looked on my statement and it seems the first one also went through which never happens. Any chance we can refund one of the transactions?
