I passed the verification but I can't find the Dread hunger in the purchase interface

Dread hunger is available as a bonus to all users who have access to any verified cheats.

You could purchase any other verified cheat and have access to dread hunger as well.

Hello, i cant find dread hunger in the launcher, or at least buy him there, how could i start play it with cheats?

Your question was already answered above by @XeroCheeze
All you can do now since you become a verified user is to buy any verified cheat from the purchase page and you will have dread hunger in the loader's list as it's a bonus.

Yeah i got that, but im clicking at every verified cheat in the list, and its writing me "Apply Now" except GTA V cheats, so if i will buy the GTA V Cheats i will get the dread hunger as well, am i correct?

No GTA V is not a verified cheat.
I have forwarded your situation to an administrator to look into it why you can't buy a verified cheat.
