Further Bans in MW2

Wondering if people are still getting ban from the game since people complained about getting ban since mw2 launched. I would like to resub as i stopped using my subscription when mw2 launched and just before i resub i would like to hear it from others if its still okay and whats your play style and what mode you guys play. I mainly play invasion and ground war wihout hacks for weapon and skin leveling and never got the ban hammer since i used the hack on launched day and then i stopped using the hack and plan to use it again. Thanks in advance. I only use walls during the first 3 days of my subscription on launch day and never got the ban as i play safe and never track people through the walls.
