You should only have vanguard enabled when you plan to play Valorant, and by doing this you should not have any problems using other cheats for other games.

As long as you don't run it while Valorant is open.

In general the cheat works if Anti-Virus is enabled but in case you face problems with it you can simply exclude the loader's folder.
And once you become a customer there are instructions of how to use the loader and injection methods to your desired game.
