world war 3 question

i am wanting to get the world war 3 cheese and wondered is it useable in the Premium Package or is it down right now as i can not buy the cheese alone thanks

The WW3 cheat is currently only available in the Premium Package.
It might be available as a single cheat later on, but we do not have any ETA for it.
