Unfortunately, I can't tell for sure, as nobody even bothered trying with 120 FOV.
However, the cheat should understand Camera's FOV and adjust to it, the only issue you will have is probably spyglass or zoomed weapons.

Loading the cheat is really straight forward, you open our loader, login with your credentials, select the cheat you want to inject and press load.
When that's done, it will close itself and now you just start your game.
There is no hassle whatsoever, everything is done automatically. If there is a cheat update, all you have to do, is just exit out of the game and load it again.

However, depending on the version of your game, Steam/Microsoft, for example; When it comes to Microsoft, you will have to allow access to a specific user group in windows to allow it save config files.
As for steam, all you have to do is run our loader and steam as admin and all should be fine.
