Are we allowed to use an external spoofer with your loader? If so, how do I do that in a way so that I don't have to reset HWID each time? What are the steps? Thanks

You have to inject then spoof your HWID

Yes, you can use spoofers.
If it is temporary spoofer (need use it after every PC restart), then use it after cheat injection.
If it is permanent spoofer, then it's also fine as you are using it once and done.
