I have paid the subscription for 7 days and my card is paid but you have not activated.
I have had to pay again with another card, I hope that the subscription that pays adds it or returns it since it is paid but the other was not activated if the second payment is ok.

Our system is automatic, and you should get both of the payed subscription.

September 17th you bought and received a One day trial, and then 1 week of Premium Package.
September 26th you only managed to pay once for 7 days of Premium Package, then you have 1 FAILED transaction, and where not charged for this, if you where its a temp hold and will fall off.
