Englishmy sub just got disappeared, and the my thread about requesting refund disappeared too,
did i got a refund ? its a bit confusing for me because i didn't received any kind of notice from moderator

Your sub has been taken away as you requested refund which we approved. You cannot see that thread as you have no longer access to customer section.
Your money should be back on your account within 3-5 working days.
