More likely your bank is blocking it for security reasons (that is very common situation in case of new bank cards).
I would recommend call your bank and ask them why they decline payment and ask them to let it go trough.

tried contacting the bank they said its not showing as denied on their end so its something with stripes for some reason
tried my new bank card and my credit card both got denied by stripes :/
