It definitely won't go through as I see the payment was blocked, which means fully cancelled at this point.
Error from Stripe is CVC check.
You can try again, but if it will fail, then yeah probably Void is your option.
You can also call your bank and ask them why the payment is not going through.
Let me know what you decide on.
