As far as I see you indeed try to pay using Stripe, but the payment was blocked due to incorrect card information according to stripe.
Other than that, I don't see any other attempts.
So your payment definitely didn't go through nor you got charged for it.
Try again please, this time, make sure the information you type in stripe is accurate.
