HWID/Reseller Issue

I bought 1 month Cold War/Warzone through a reseller. (securecheats).
I used the ARK cheat here around 2 years ago and I've gotten a new PC since. So the loader is asking for a HWID reset, which I also purchased through securecheats.
They said they reset my HWID but the loader is still telling me I need a HWID reset, and the fixes they are telling me to do aren't working.
When I click yes on the prompt that pops up telling me I need to request a HWID reset, it says I do not have permission to view the page so I'm posting here.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, looks like you using 2 different accounts, one for forum one for loader, please login on forum on same account which you using in loader and then you will be able to see page with hwid request section.

I'm not though. The email I used for securecheats is the same one I use on here. This is the only account I have. Also I paid the reseller for HWID reset already, they said they've done it and it isn't working.

You are not a customer on account which you writing from now, also there is no hwid reset bought on this account.
This mean, you won't be able to use loader, speak again with reseller and confirm nick of account where subscription has been activated.
