Try using HDR with hdr pro barrel and monolithic suppressor.
Then tune your settings based of that weapon which imo easiest to get sniper kills with. SPR Lapua also good.
Leave your settings as they are in game. I also use sens 6.0 and 800 dpi.
Set smooth aim to 3 and prediction to 3. Try using sniper with limit angle 5. If you feel it's too much, bump up smooth and prediction by 1. Try to match prediction scale to smooth aim so it will counter the smoothness. But imo going over 6 smooth aim is just timing at this point. you gotta time your shot perfectly to hit as we have a very smooth/legit aimbot which nobody can tell jack shit in the spectator mode as it's just looks super legit, non of that sticky aimbot bullshit which getting everyone called out for.
