It depends.. But, usually it's better to simply exclude the folder of the loader, so it won't come up with annoying false positive notifications.
As a general explanation, it's a rarity or even to be honest non-existence to find a packed software that is essentially an injector which won't be a false positive with an antivirus.

You might want to google "Exclude folder from YOUR_ANTIVIRUS_NAME" so you won't need to disable it every time Definitely want to keep it on all the time.
