Yes, you can get banned playing legit BFV. Because this highly depends on how you end up using the cheat. It's not a matter of settings, but your gameplay.
FaceIt application is NOT supported as it counts as a 3rd party anti-cheat which is no official from the game. However, there is no way you can get banned only by having it installed. It must run in the background to have any sort of affect on you.
