I purchase your cheat server a while ago and recently obtained a new PC, I cannot access the cheat anymore as it is a different HWID. I have placed a support ticket on your website however this has not been answered for more then 2 weeks now.

What is the best way to contact someone to reset the HWID so I can use this $250 cheat again?
